Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase required. Enjoy your order delivered straight to your door at no extra cost.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 3–5 business days (Monday-Friday).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Avérron only delivers orders within the United Kingdom. We currently do not offer international shipping, as our focus is on providing a reliable and high quality delivery experience for our UK customers. If this changes in the future, we will clearly communicate any updates.
What is your return policy?
You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. To start a return, please contact us at info@averron-mode.com.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear on your statement.
Can I exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team first. We will advise whether an exchange is possible or if returning the item for a refund and placing a new order is the best option.

I didn’t receive my order what should I do?
First, check your tracking link. If it’s been more than 7 business days and your parcel hasn’t arrived, email us at info@averron-mode.com and we’ll investigate right away.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
